The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum, Delivery Management, and EBS-Project Management. This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Oversee project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with company objectives. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. - Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities. - Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. - Ensure resource availability and allocation, optimizing project efficiency. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Report and escalate issues to management as needed. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Use Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects effectively. - Utilize Delivery Management skills to ensure successful project outcomes. - Apply EBS-Project Management expertise to streamline project processes.
