You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the THAAD Program Management Office (PMO) team, responsible for planning and managing control account technical, cost, and schedule performance. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of post-production control accounts and supporting program operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing control account performance, identifying staffing headcount requirements, and reviewing and approving documents and commitments. You will work closely with Work Package Managers, Program Management, and Finance to ensure contract commitments are met and control account performance is optimized.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and managing control account technical, cost, and schedule performance Coordinating with Work Package Managers to update control account information Identifying staffing headcount requirements and ensuring appropriate staff levels Reviewing and approving documents and commitments Analyzing control account performance and initiating corrective actions as needed Supporting proposal activities, program operations, and internal audits

Basic Qualifications
Must be Control Account Manager (CAM) certified or be able to pass certification test within 90 days
Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) / Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
Demonstrated excellence at written and oral communication and ability to work across multiple business areas and locations
Ability to develop positive relationships with customers (internal and external)
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired skills
Familiarity with Tableau
Proven resource management - people, material, and time
Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
