Core Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing costs.
  • Manage material stocks, including quantity and value, and track goods movements (receipts, issues, transfers).
  • Carry out physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Manage different types of stock, including company-owned and externally-owned special stocks.

Procurement and Sourcing:
  • Lead procurement and sourcing activities, including vendor management.
  • Configure and customize SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, warehouse, finance) to ensure seamless materials management processes.

SAP MM Expertise:
  • Provide expertise in SAP MM functionalities, including materials management, procurement, inventory management, and vendor invoice management.
  • Design, configure, and test SAP MM functionalities to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Customize and enhance SAP MM functionalities to fit business requirements.
  • Generate reports and queries in SAP MM to support materials management analysis.

Training and Support:
  • Provide end-user training and support for SAP MM functionalities.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve MM processes.

Data Management:
  • Maintain master data related to materials, vendors, and purchasing info records in the SAP system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
