Role: We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic Life sciences Commercial Domain Subject Matter expert.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and Life sciences Commercial Domain Subject Matter expert. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of life sciences commercial functions, particularly in sales and marketing, and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize targeting, field enablement, alignments, CRM, and sub-national analytics. This role requires strong expertise in commercial data and analytics, as well as the ability to provide high-level advisory and communication to clients.
Must have at least 8- 10 years in Life sciences Commercial data domain.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Develop and implement strategies for managing and leveraging commercial data within the life sciences domain.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Data Quality and Governance:
Advanced Data Analytics: Perform advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights and Utilize data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders.
Targeting: Providing the sales force with the tools, resources, and training they need to be successful.
Alignments: Designing and managing sales territories and organizational structures to ensure efficient coverage and efficiency. This includes territory planning, prioritization, and performance management. Field force alignment.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Expertise in applying CRM systems to handle customer interactions, supervise activities, and generate insights. This includes understanding CRM functionalities, data management, and reporting.
Sub-national Analytics: Analyzing data at a granular level (e.g., regional, local) This includes utilizing data visualization tools and statistical methods to extract actionable insights.

Qualifications
Must have at least 8-10 years in Life sciences Commercial domain expertise including experience with Pharma Data, Data and analytics platforms including tools
Data sources experience: IQVIA, Symphony Health, IMS, SAP, Compass, Veeva, Model N. Atlas, Customer/Product MDM, field force alignment. Incentive compensation
Data Management and Analytics Tools: Databricks, Tableau, Informatica, Alteryx, Cognos, R, Python
Proficient with Targeting, Field enablement, Salesforce alignment, CRM, and analytics

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until March 26, 2025
The annual salary for this position is between $88,690 to $179,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
