Pay Transparency: Annualized Salary Wage Range: 132,000 - $312,000
Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant technical sales experience required.
- Previous people management experience is required, preferably with sales teams.
- Previous Technology Industry and/or Test & Measurement space preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Great understanding of lead-gen and pipeline-building activities.
- Comfortable being an active participant in highly technical discussions, and able to collaboratively work with internal personnel to ensure that customer objectives are achieved.
- Previous experience selling hardware and/or software is preferred.
- Good understanding of the telecommunication market.
- Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Test & Measurement solutions is a plus.
- Excellent listening, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to accept challenges.
