Job Description:

- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute and acute rehab setting.
- Evaluate and assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy practices and home care instructions.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures.
