Job Description
Title: Solutions Architect (AWS, SAP, API)

Location: Dallas, TX (Preferred) or Miramar, FL (3 Days a Week onsite)

Contract: 12 months (ability to extend)

We are transitioning to a single Solutions Architect role. The second position is currently on hold, so we're shifting from two roles to one for now.

Role Overview:

• This is a Domain Solution Architect role.
• The domains involved are Customer/Pricing Inventory, which are used on websites or apps. This person will be working on the inventory and pricing domains, and potentially the order domain as well.
• The role is focused purely on the Services Domain, with an emphasis on general agnostic APIs.
• It is not tool-specific but rather focuses on the backend.
• The domain refers to processing data, interacting with the backend, and defining the role of the domain within the ecosystem-such as understanding its workflow capabilities. The services will be consumer-facing, so when a consumer makes a call to domain services, they won't interact directly with ERP or data warehouse systems.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• API expertise: Familiarity with Kafka, pub/sub systems, and APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP).
• Business knowledge: Understanding of ERP, AI/API, and S4 HANA capabilities.
• Database knowledge: Ability to determine how to store documents, including knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• AWS knowledge: Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and SMS, and understanding how to containerize applications in these environments.
• SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ordering domain blocks in S4 (no configuration needed in S4 but must understand backend processes).
