Responsibilities
Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services buyers and sellers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer and listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts
Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership
Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search and home sale process
Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of Real Estate transactions from initial contact through contract to close. (Coordinates with the Transaction Coordinator)
Effectively negotiates for all buyer and seller clients
Prospects for Buyers and Sellers
Convert incoming leads
Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments Analyze the Buyer's and Seller's needs and goals
Provide Housing and Community Information Research Preview and show homes
Develop a business plan
Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers Qualifications
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Qualifications
Must have a current Arizona Real Estate license. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid license
High social skills, our business is people-based and will require much interaction with others
Candidates must have their own reliable transportation, including a car, along with a computer, smartphone, internet access, and personal insurance coverage
A must: current Arizona Real Estate License: Real estate salesperson in Arizona (AZ), you must complete 90 hours of coursework and pass a six-hour contract writing course approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE)
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Self-motivation and drive
