Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Overview:
Julius Silvert is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring strategy and ensure we attract top-tier talent across all departments. This role is instrumental in refining our recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize hiring processes to attract high-quality candidates.
• Oversee job postings, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Analyze hiring metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong expertise in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to evolving business needs.
