Responsibilities
The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen ad solutions and enablement tools for premium offerings to gain large video budgets at scale.
- Design and launch innovative products that help advertisers meet their goals by leveraging TikTok's unique user engagement powers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategy and pricing model
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global advertising market and the needs of brand advertisiers and agencies
- Partner closely with engineering, product marketing and other cross-functional teams to drive product implementation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in digital advertising or video advertising in a product management function
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Ability to define product strategy
- Strong collaborator, proven track record of building relationships cross functionally with key stakeholders
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience building Enterprise UI products
-Preferred background in TV/CTV/OLV advertising, video buying experience a plus
