Description:

The Client Service Team Manager oversees Assistant Account Managers and Personal Lines Advisors in the Commercial and Personal Lines departments as well as providing backup support to other departments such as Crop and Benefits. This role focuses on client retention, enhancing the client experience, and team development.

We prefer candidates who can work a hybrid schedule but, remote work will also be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Mentor and educate employees.
  • Supervise Assistant Account Managers and Personal Lines Insurance Advisors.
  • Provide backup support to other departments.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with department managers.
  • Facilitate ongoing team training.
  • Support business growth strategies.
  • Foster a positive team environment.
  • Assist in reporting, quality control, auditing, and training.
  • Support virtual assistant projects.
  • Enhance workflow efficiencies and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with other departments for cohesive operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and pursue continuing education.

Skills and Specifications
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Applied Epic or similar systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and delegate.

Educations and Qualifications
  • Current California Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience.
  • 7+ years in insurance.
  • Working towards certifications like Certified Insurance Counselor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices.


Salary Description

85,000.00 to 100,000.00
