Amazon Business (AB) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the fast-growing AB Martech & Operations Team. As a Website Operations Program Manager on our team, you will be responsible for supporting Amazon Business's website operations world-wide (10+ web properties World Wide). This role will be responsible for site administration, training marketers on best practices, security and performance of the system, and supporting marquee campaigns and testing. You will serve as the "first responder" to triage issues and hand them off to the right technical teams to resolve, showing a high level of bias for action and ownership to close issues.
Key job responsibilities
Work at a tactical level to champion bold, innovative web production tools and processes.
Drive efforts to integrate 3rd party and internal tools with our central web platform stack from evaluation to implementation.
Act as the technical interface between the business, software development, BI, and data warehouse teams
Run in front of the technical team(s), helping define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, and provide guidance to the team regarding architecture, design, and priorities.
Translate feature requests into technical specifications and influence design and architectural decisions.
Engage with many teams across the company, evangelizing the team and your projects, building relationships and helping identify existing components and technologies that can be leveraged to deliver on our goals.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows.
Provide automation recommendations to tech teams based on recurring problems in content production
Manage multiple projects gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale project delivery for Martech and web production/operations teams (e.g. integrating new 3rd party tools and launching new integrations on CMS).Adobe product experience (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Ad Cloud suite, Launch).
- Adobe Analytics / Adobe Ad Cloud Certified
- Experience with Salesforce / Account Engagement
- Experience designing, architecting, implementing and/or operating within AWS
- Experience writing simple-to-moderately complex SQL queries
- Understanding Privacy as it relates to data management, sharing and processing
