Role: Brand President
Location: Destin, FL (must be willing to move or already residing in-market)
Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 base + performance bonuses
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$200,000+ annually
About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, growth-minded Brand President to lead operations in our largest market, Destin, FL (approx. $4M EBITDA). This is a senior leadership role that blends big-picture thinking with operational oversight and team development. You'll be responsible for scaling performance, aligning shared services across regions, and ensuring best-in-class execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the senior leader and GM for the Destin market
Oversee operations, P&L, and team leadership for Destin and adjacent markets
Optimize use of shared services (reservations, guest relations, etc.) across regions
Identify and execute on growth opportunities, including tuck-in acquisitions
Lead culture and team development initiatives across shops
Report to Regional VP and help elevate regional capacity from ~$12M to $25M in EBITDA
Qualifications
Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability
Track record of scaling businesses or leading multiple units/locations
Strong strategic acumen and ability to develop and execute growth plans
High EQ and the ability to lead culture in competitive or lifestyle markets
Prior experience in hospitality, operations, or private equity-backed businesses preferred
Background in managing or supporting shared service models a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$125,000-$150,000 base salary
Performance-based bonuses with OTE around $200,000+
Long-term incentives and potential acquisition bonuses
Relocation not provided-must be currently in the area
