Nous recherchons un Analyste senior de l'assurance qualit dynamique et collaboratif, capable de s'panouir dans un environnement dynamique. Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec les quipes de dveloppement et de conception, ainsi qu'avec le responsable AQ, afin de garantir la livraison d'applications d'assurance qualit de haute qualit grce des tests et des pratiques AQ complets, conformment une mthodologie AQ clairement dfinie et aux rglementations, politiques et procdures internes en vigueur, dans le but de fournir des solutions de haute qualit valeur ajoute nos clients.

6-12 annes d'exprience dans un rle d'Analyste Assurance Qualit.
Plus de 3 ans d'exprience pratique dans les tests de systmes de rponse vocale interactive et de connaissances des outils pour tester les IVR en franais.
Une exprience dans le test d'applications CRM pour les centres de contact est prfrable
Vous devez avoir d'excellentes comptences en communication verbale et crite en anglais et en franais.
Communication franais et anglais. Niveau natif, bilingue ou comptence professionnelle. L'exprience de la gestion des clients francophones est souhaite.
Exprience en gestion de projets Agile.
Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en assurance-qualit et des pratiques de tests.
Connaissance du processus de dveloppement DevOps et du principe de CI/CD (continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD).

- Participer au triage des dfauts et aux sances de rvision et identifier les principaux risques, problmes et dfis pour le programme et les communiquer aux diffrentes parties prenantes, y compris les entreprises et l'informatique.
- Collaborer et communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.

In this role, you will:
- Good experience in Test estimates, Test strategy/Test plan Sprint Summary report and assist the team in arriving the test scenarios.
- Analyze new feature specifications to create test cases or to supplement/improve existing tests.
- Participate in Sprint planning/retrospection meetings for each sprint.
- Design and complete (SIT/E2E) Test Cases and review the test scenarios/conditions and test cases.
- Participate in Defect triage & walkthrough sessions and Identify key risks, issues, and challenges for the program and communicate the same with the different team members including business and IT.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll need to succeed (required skills):
- 6-12 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience testing Interactive Voice response system and tool knowledge to test IVR in French.
- Experience testing CRM applications for contact center is preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French language.
- Must have exposure and bilingual experience with the French language and an added advantage will be experience with working with French-speaking customers.
- Experience in Agile project management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance best practices and testing practices.
- Knowledge of the DevOps development process and the principle of CI/CD (continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD).
