- Maintain comprehensive records of patient progress and coordinate with care providers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.
- Adhere to business casual dress code while on duty.
- Support the unit with no requirement to float to other units.
- Engage with patients and families to provide education and address concerns.
- Maintain professional development and current nursing practices.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standard of care.
