About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Team Leader for Training Impact & Reporting Analytics to lead our global BTD team's measurement and reporting efforts. This individual will manage a team analysts and will be responsible for driving the reporting of training effectiveness across all programs, including sales education, product training, and leadership development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in training analytics, and extracting insights from Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM systems to help provide a clear narrative of the trainings impact. This person will play a key role in ensuring our training programs are data-driven, impactful, and aligned with business goals. They will also present actionable insights to senior stakeholders and make recommendations to continuously improve the effectiveness of our training initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of two analysts, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative team culture. Setting clear goals and expectations for the team, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of key projects and reports.
- Own and lead the reporting strategy to evaluate the impact of sales training, product education, and leadership development programs.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives.
- Develop and maintain robust automated data integration processes, pulling from CRM systems, LMS, and other relevant data sources.
- Create dashboards and reports using relevant tools to communicate training impact across the organization. Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership, providing clear data-driven narratives to guide decision-making.
- Regularly update training leaders on the progress and success of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Continuously improve data collection, reporting, and analytics processes to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Maintain close collaboration with regional BTD leaders to gain a clear understanding of their training priorities and ensure that reporting frameworks are aligned with the GBS core learning objectives and strategic goals.
- Partner with global training and enablement teams to innovate and refine the way we assess and report on training outcomes.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

- Highly organized with proven business experience managing multiple complex projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in training analytics, sales reporting, or related fields and 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team in a data or reporting function.
- Proven experience reporting on training impact and ROI, with a strong understanding of training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick) with experience consolidating, manipulating, and analyzing multiple/large data sets.
- Experience working with APIs, in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools and data analysis tools with strong knowledge of data integration, automation, and database management.
- Knowledge of UX principles to present data effectively for leaders and learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex data to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic programming knowledge including SQL. Familiarity with Python, JavaScript or similar is a plus
- Basic web-development
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities to build a high-performing team.
- Experience in developing training dashboards, recruitment scorecards, and/or people analytics programs.
- Experience in a global organization or with geographically dispersed teams.
