We are seeking a Portland-based Client Partner to join our team, supporting a footwear and apparel retail brand located in the Greater Portland, OR area. The main responsibilities of a Client Partnerare representing Slalom's services at the designated account(s), setting strategic growth direction, delivering solutions, leading/coaching teams, driving sales, and leading account management. You will be responsible for supporting in the growth of the client account, including revenue, margin, and customers across all geographies.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $175,000 to $210,000 for Director level. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

You will be responsible for supporting in the growth of the client account, including revenue, margin, and customers across all geographies.
What You'll Do:
Business Development:
- Build strategies to target and develop business within existing clients
- Partner with clients to solve problems and bring value beyond the current projects
- Build and manage a $5M+ portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction across several engagements
Team Leadership:
- Orchestrate and build pursuit teams to solve clients' business problems, lead teams through deal close with a high degree of collaboration and motivation
- Lead engagements and project teams, delivering complex solutions
- Contribute to project delivery
- Lead (client) accounts, managing teams, consultants on account(s) and providing internal updates on account activities
Industry Expertise:
- Share industry expertise, Retail and Consumer Goods experience required.
- Amplify the Retail industry perspective. This includes industry specific skills, context, technologies, and community that are required to be successful on that account
What You'll Bring:
Industry Expertise:
- Retail and Consumer Goods experience required.
Client Relationship Management:
- Experience in developing client relationships and deepening them over time
- Proven experience with complex account management, navigating large, enterprise organizations
Team Leadership and Management:
- 10+ years' experience managing teams through all lifecycles of a project including experience working in an IT service or consulting firm managing a large account or multiple accounts
- Experience delivering as a consultant, bringing a balance of large-scale transformational programs and individual contributor experience
- Experience managing transformational programs that incorporate people, processes, and technology
