You are a highly motivated and innovative digital design engineer with extensive knowledge of ASIC development flow. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about working on the next generation of NRZ and PAM-based SerDes products. You have a solid theoretical and practical background in high-speed serializer and data recovery circuits. You are eager to join a veteran team of digital and mixed-signal engineers, contributing to complex mixed-signal designs from specification development to functional and performance tests on prototype test-chips. What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and verifying ASIC digital components for high-speed SerDes products.
- Writing block-level test-cases, including constrained directed random tests.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define design specifications and constraints.
- Performing synthesis, DFT insertion, and resolving STA issues.
- Interacting with application engineers and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Guiding and mentoring junior engineers in digital design methodologies.

- Playing a key role in the success of our mixed-signal design and verification team.
What You'll Need:
- BSEE or MSEE with a minimum of 8 years of digital design and verification experience.
- Proficiency in Verilog, VCS, and back-end synthesis tools like DC/PT.
- Experience in writing block-level test-cases and constrained directed random tests.
- Knowledge of digital design methodologies, ATE production testing, and DFT insertion.
- Scripting experience in Shell, Perl, Python, and TCL.
