We are currently seeking a Director of Supply Chain for our Dallas based operations.
Job Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including purchasing, planning, logistics (import/export), warehouse and fulfillment
- Manage relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, vendors, R&D and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain output and performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues and drive process improvements
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage a team of 25-30 reports, including 4-6 direct reports
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field; MBA preferred
- Nutrition supply chain working experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain principles.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies with a focus on Planning best practice
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
