- Participate in a mandatory 4-hour 5150 class, often available at the hospital.
- Utilize the Cerner charting system for patient documentation and care coordination.
- Attend 12 hours of orientation to integrate into the unit and understand operational protocols.
- Be flexible with shift assignments, including floating to other units as needed.
- Ensure compassionate care and support for patients and their families during emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance patient well-being and care outcomes.
