POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinate program and projectinformation, including the handling of all project related documents. Guaranteethe documents are properly filed, maintained, stored and destroyed inaccordance with Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority) policiesand state regulations. Respond torequests for documentation from internal and external customers. Provide support the Tenant/ConcessionsProjects team and staff extensions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree inArchitecture, Engineering, Construction Management preferred or a related fieldand four (4) years of work experience related to construction/projects recordsmanagement, or an equivalent combination of education, training andexperience. Public sector experience inPlanning, Engineering or Construction field desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and prioritize scheduling of work
  • Advanced computer skills to utilize MS Office software products (MS Word 365, Access, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Oracle is desirable
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam
  • Ability to generate reports and prepare/ manage project budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to work logically and analytically with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of construction, contract, design, legal and aviation terms is desirable
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Professional Engineer and/or Contractor's license is desirable
