Your Responsibilities as a Treatment Nurse:
Assess, develop, and implement individualized wound care plans
Administer wound treatments, dressings, and preventive care
Monitor and document resident progress and wound healing
Educate staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and management
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with facility protocols, state, and federal regulations
Participate in wound rounds, infection control measures, and quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Active LVN or RN license in California
Previous wound care or treatment nurse experience preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life
A team player with a proactive and compassionate approach
