What You'll Do...
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Field Service Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure team alignment with company objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to support growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy clients, acting as a senior point of escalation when necessary.
- Partner with the team to understand client needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Workflow Optimization:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities to streamline pharmacy workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value.
- Leverage industry knowledge to recommend best practices and innovative solutions that align with client priorities.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue and strengthen partnerships.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement account management strategies that support long-term client success and company growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client retention, satisfaction scores, and revenue targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., product development, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the voice of the client in internal discussions to influence product enhancements and service improvements.
What You'll Bring...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in the pharmacy industry with an understanding of pharmacy operations and workflows.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams in a high-performance culture.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
- Naturally curious, passionate about exploring new ideas, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with pharmacy-specific software is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support field teams.
