Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead process improvement, production support, and team development in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, this role oversees teams in Manufacturing Process, Test, and Repair, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve factory yield, productivity, and capacity.
  • Champion continuous improvement and implement Lean manufacturing practices.
  • Drive manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and localization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Oversee capital projects and the integration of new technologies.
  • Standardize processes, documentation, and change management structures.
  • Manage troubleshooting and resolution of test failures and quality issues.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing and test (mid-to-high volume).
  • Proven leadership in engineering support and operations project management.
  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Expertise in circuit board assembly and test methodologies.
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (certification preferred).
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with gas detection, radio technologies, and data analysis is an asset.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
