Job Description:

- Serve as the RN house supervisor for a skilled nursing facility.
- Oversee a 120-bed facility with a current census of 81.
- Supervise staff during evening and night shifts, including approximately 20 evening staff and 10 night staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care and address any issues that arise during shifts.
- Maintain a high level of clinical excellence and compassion in patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
