The Digital Product Manager, within the Digital Banking department, is responsible for managing and optimizing the digital account process, overseeing the implementation of digital tools, driving customer adoption of online account opening features, and ensuring a seamless digital experience while adhering to compliance regulations. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of digital banking platforms and emerging technologies, combined with exceptional project management skills that effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources. This role is pivotal in planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all internal and external customers receive superior service. The Digital Product Manager will oversee a team, guiding them in their daily tasks and ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, compliance with regulations, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.

Position Focus Areas: Focus areas for the Digital Product Manager fall into four key areas:

1. Digital Product Management Primary resource for implementing and operating our new omnichannel account opening product. This product is for both in-branch and digital account opening for both consumer and business accounts Will lead and manage the evaluation of a new online banking platform which is expected to be deployed in 2026 Coordinates program parameters and changes with risk and compliance, primary point of contact on risk and compliance related matters Responsible for product updates and releases

2. Product Support Will create and support the "Digital Branch" which will be necessary to support digital account opening leads Support branch and business banking teams with respect to the omnichannel account opening product (tickets, calls) Product enhancement and new function rollout

3. Training Leads account opening training program Platform trainer with train the trainer support in each geography Leads deposit account opening rollout process, both digital and in-branch Onboarding for new employees * This position description has excluded the marginal or peripheral functions that are incidental to the performance of primary functions. 4. Marketing Strong partnership with the marketing team Product innovation Support offensive tactics to target new clients Website coordination and development

Essential Functions:

1. Oversee the digital banking platforms to ensure seamless operation and user experience.

2. Implement and effectively operate new omnichannel account opening product

3. Take lead role in identifying new online banking platform and take ownership of new online banking platform implementation.

4. Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement and manage digital banking projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

5. Make recommendations for department efficiencies and system enhancements.

6. Responsible for product management performance and efficiency and demonstrates proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to digital platforms.

7. Provide support and training for internal teams and external users on digital banking tools and services.

8. Communicate with third-party vendors and service providers to manage contracts and service level agreements.

9. Prepare and present reports on digital banking performance to senior management.

10. Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on the latest digital banking innovations and technologies.

11. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to digital banking services.

12. Foster a customer-centric culture within the digital banking team.

13. Ensures the department services, policies and procedures meet regulatory compliance through internal and external audits.

14. Complete all mandatory training sessions as required by management.

15. Comply with bank procedures and follow regulatory, operational and security guidelines.

16. Contribute to the bank team effort by working on special projects and reports, performing other job-related duties, at the discretion of the Supervisor.
