Primary Job Responsibilities
Contributing to strategic advisory engagements providing clients with actionable insights and tailored solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Collaborating with client stakeholders to define business requirements create detailed user stories and prioritize product backlog.
Conducting research and data analysis pertaining to current processes and providing recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and growth.
Working closely with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
Interacting and working with senior customer leaders to build the practice and win consulting engagements.
Generating proactive proposals to address client issues presenting to clients and collaborating with teams on proposal and presentation creation and positioning.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in conducting cost-benefit analyses.
Experience with project management and leading teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements. Experience with software such as ERP and MES systems.
Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
