Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled OSINT/Geolocation data Specialist with expertise in location data and a focus on tradecraft to support our public sector customers and collaborate closely with our cross-functional sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams. This role is pivotal to ensuring that customers maximize the value of our solutions by providing technical expertise, developing mission-relevant use cases, and enhancing the tradecraft associated with leveraging OSINT and location data for national security, supply chain, and risk management applications.

As an integral member of our team, you will engage with clients to understand mission-critical requirements, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support while contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging and positioning resonate with target audiences. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new solutions aligned with customer needs and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on OSINT and location data tradecraft, advising customers on best practices to address mission-critical challenges.
  • Work as part of a team to provide ongoing technical and tradecraft support to ensure customers can fully leverage our solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop tailored demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and evaluations that align with customer mission objectives.
  • Collaborate with our solutions team to develop and refine relevant use cases that demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in addressing real-world operational challenges.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure that solution messaging, positioning, and collateral are aligned with customer needs and resonate with the appropriate audience.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify gaps and opportunities, contributing to developing new solutions and features that meet evolving customer and industry requirements.
  • Lead or as part of a team execute compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our OSINT and location data solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, and the solutions team to support customer evaluations by providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and optimizing solution configurations to align with mission goals.
  • As part of the solutions and CS team support training programs for customers and internal teams to enhance understanding and application of location data and OSINT tradecraft.
  • Identify and refine best practices in OSINT tradecraft to strengthen customer engagement and mission success.

Basic Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in OSINT tradecraft, location data analysis, or geospatial intelligence in a national security, risk, or supply chain context. A big plus is if your experience includes both public sector and commercial applications of geospatial data.
  • A strong understanding of national security, supply chain, and risk management challenges and the application of location data or OSINT solutions to address these issues. A big plus is if your experience includes both public sector and commercial applications of geospatial data.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work collectively as part of a team
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training, tradecraft programs, or presenting geospatial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on mission success.

This is a remote position that will require periodic meetups at our office in Ashburn, VA and/or occasional travel. Preference for candidates who reside in the Washington DC metro area (DC, MD or VA). We offer competitive salaries and benefits and unlimited PTO. The typical base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. This position is also eligible to participate in a commission plan. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity, and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
