Senior Tableau Developer (W2 Only)

Job Summary: Position requirements include knowledge and capability in data analysis, Tableau dashboard creation, Tableau prep knowledge, and proficiencies with Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience creating products with Tableau Creator.
• 8+ years of experience creating and deploying data flows with Tableau Prep.
• 4+ years in data analysis and data research work.
• 4+ years of proficiency with Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
• 1+ years of familiarity with geospatial analysis platforms, such as ESRI.

Key Responsibilities:
Tableau Development & Visualization

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Creator to support business decision-making.
• Create insightful and visually compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate trends and key insights.

Data Flow & Preparation

• Develop and deploy efficient data flows using Tableau Prep, ensuring data is cleansed, transformed, and prepared for analysis.
• utomate and optimize data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.

Data Analysis & Research
Perform in-depth data analysis and research to identify patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.
Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources.
Programming & Database Management (Preferred)

• Utilize Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and automation to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Develop scripts and queries for data processing and integration with Tableau.

Geospatial Analysis (Preferred)

• pply geospatial analysis tools such as ESRI to integrate and visualize location-based data when required.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Document data models, dashboards, and workflows to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
