Consumer Health company is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A for their growing team! The candidate will support business decision-making by providing insights into trends, opportunities, and challenges. The role involves collaborating with various teams to shape transformation strategies and prepare key management presentations.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Work with FP&A teams on financial reports, variance analysis, forecasts, and budget tracking for restructuring projects.
Value Delivery & Headcount Tracking: Collaborate with People and Procurement teams to track and report on value delivery across projects.
External Reporting: Work with accounting teams to update disclosures in quarterly and annual reports.
Business Plan & Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP): Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with transformation goals and financial targets.
SOX Controls: Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls, focusing on financial reporting and data integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Accounting.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, or related fields.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, recommend process improvements, and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting software.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: $150,000-$160,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
