Description:
Building the language and semantics solutions for Simulink and other company products. Numerically efficient Model-Based Design workflows are used to develop robotic systems, automotive and aerospace technology, critical medical equipment etc. Contribute to the design, architecture and implementation of cutting-edge products used to build intelligent embedded systems solutions that customers love. Take ownership of feature testing by devising innovative strategies, authoring robust tools, harnesses and writing automated test suites. Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality code that is correct, robust, efficient, and easy to maintain and extend. Participate in, and contribute to, design reviews, code reviews, and project planning. Diagnose and report software defects and report-out on quality metrics. Telecommuting up to 40%.

Minimum Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering [any], or a related field and two [2] years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Quality Engineer-related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering [any], or a related field and [5] five years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Quality Engineer-related occupation or a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering [any], or a related field and no experience.
Position requires demonstratable experience with the following:
1. Strong computer science fundamentals (Object-oriented programming and design patterns);
2. Demonstrated expertise in MATLAB;
3. Writing testing tools, and
4. Using mathematical computing software to solve real world problems.
Experience may be gained during graduate program. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
