Salary: $110k-$130k + Benefits + Vehicle/Fuel card, etc.
Requirements: 3+ Years' Experience as a Project Manager on either Commercial or Industrial Projects

We are a well established Design/Build General contractor with many current and upcoming projects.

We are currently hiring for an experienced project manager. This person will be primarily focused on ground-up commercial or industrial projects ranging from $5M-$20M+. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction including planning, budgeting, and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ Years' Experience as a Project Manager on either Commercial or Industrial Projects
• Understanding of Construction documents
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
