What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Optimize plant performance through effective resource management and process improvements.
