Senior Project Manager
CarolinaPower is seeking a Senior ElectricalProject Manager for Columbia SC that will be responsible for the profitableexecution of electrical projects within the Commercial and Healthcare markets.Qualified candidates will have a strong electrical construction backgroundmanaging large projects. The Project Manager will manage safety, customersatisfaction, employee satisfaction, profits, and sales growth for concurrentprojects involving one or more customers. Qualified candidates MUST haveelectrical experience. Relocation assistance available.
- Manage various projects & personnel with the Commercial and Healthcare markets
- Facilitate constant process improvement in production and efficiency to optimize output of the field workforce.
- Scheduling, estimating, managing budget process, ordering materials & coordinating deliveries
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Take prompt action to resolve any customer complaints
Qualifications:
- At least 5 or more years prior Senior level experience in managing large electrical construction projects within the commercial or healthcare markets.
- Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation is required.
- 5 years' experience estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E
- Possession of SC Electrical Contractors License preferred.
- Ability to manage risk & profitability successfully
