Description

ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Commercial Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to support our commercial teams with strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement. Reporting to our CHRO, this role will serve as a key partner to the commercial business, particularly our CRO, ensuring HR programs align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate has experience in HR operations, employee relations, and talent development within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

How You Will Help

HR Business Partnership
  • Partner with commercial leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with managers to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.

Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Assist in identifying training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, providing recommendations for policy improvements as needed.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

HR Operations & Process Improvement
  • Manage HR processes such as compensation reviews, promotions, and organizational changes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.


What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a commercial or sales-driven organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in an HR capacity.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.


Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD annually*.
