Job Description :
WHAT WE NEED:

With oversight from EVP of HR, the Human Resources Manager will provide day to day support and counsel on talent related situations, manage and implement talent programs that will support agency business goals, attract talent, and drive employee engagement, retention, and high performing teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Essential Job Functions and Duties:

Onboarding
  • Oversee all aspects of new hire onboarding in coordination with Office Operations
  • Create and facilitate onboarding content for new hires to ensure smooth entry to business unit and broader network
  • Manage the new hire check-in process
  • Manage employee onboarding process in HRIS system


Engagement, Learning and Development
  • Support employee survey data collection and the programs to address issues
  • Participate and support office diversity and inclusion strategies and programs
  • Ensure required training compliance


Employee Relations, Compliance and Workforce Planning
  • Work closely with all levels of employees to build relationships, provide HR counsel and drive the business strategy and goals
  • Effectively manage employee relations issues
  • Problem solve and provide guidance to client groups around all HR-related legal concerns, including visa applications, employment law and employment classifications
  • Drive retention through the effective management of conflict, open communication, and feedback with employees
  • Support implementation of HR policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws; stay on top of legislation changes
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers and manage visa and immigration process, in partnership with internal and external legal resources, finance and leadership
  • Creates and maintains employee metrics reporting
  • Prepares reporting for annual audits (Finance and Havas Global)


Benefits
  • Provide counsel to employees and managers on benefits programs and leaves of absences; partner with other HR team members (Prose on Pixels and Corporate) to navigate situations and issues
  • Oversee and facilitate annual open enrollment


Performance Management and Compensation
  • Build and leverage internal relationships to assess engagement, recommend and implement solutions to drive improvements where needed
  • Partner with business leaders on the development of performance improvement plans and provide support and counsel for these conversations and actions required
  • Support compensation reviews to research and provide market data to ensure competitive compensation approaches; make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to develop job descriptions that drive accountability and clarity for success in role
  • Develop messaging and use internal communications to drive engagement

Transitions
  • Manage employee status changes (terms, transfers, new hires, etc.), then communicate with appropriate divisions and ensure necessary paperwork/process is completed
  • Manage employee exit process, and analyze exit interview data to inform and shape recommendations for programs to drive retention and engagement


Leadership
  • Create strong relationships with other HR team members both at Prose on Pixels and Havas corporate, to ensure excellent delivery of HR services and understanding of network resources and content available
  • Understand the business of the agency, and share that knowledge with other team members


WHO YOU ARE:

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or HR Management certification
  • 5+ years HR generalist experience
  • Expertise in employee relations, employment law, coaching and counseling employees and management
  • Solutions oriented, strategic thinker, problem solver, employee experience focused
  • Polished professional presence, ability to engage with talent at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in working with teams across geographies
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills necessary
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and strong follow through required
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proven ability to re-prioritize, problem-solve, and work quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrated conflict management skills


Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • HR Certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Marketing/advertising agency experience a plus
  • Experience with Workday preferred, not required


Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
