Senior Manager, Wholesale Operations

A leading apparel company is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Wholesale Operations who will oversee outbound order activities and track inventory movement in relation to their expanding wholesale operations.

Responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Wholesale Operations:

• Manage Wholesale/B2B activities across different programs.
• Track KPIs for order fulfillment, cancellations, backorders, and overall activity.
• Resolve order and inventory issues.
• Oversee new account onboarding and ensure compliance.
• Work with sales and planning teams on growth and optimization strategies.
• Organize monthly KPIs and prepare weekly reports.
• Analyze shipping performance and provide insights.
• Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for wholesale activities.
• Coordinate shipment performance with accounting and international compliance.
• Implement process improvements across locations.

Requirements for the Senior Manager of Wholesale Operations:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on fulfillment for wholesale accounts, with at least 3+ years of management experience to support strategy.
• Skilled in integrating and onboarding new accounts.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools to provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheets, and NetSuite.
