Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and multifamily construction, with a proven track record of managing ground-up projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and recommend solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to project progress, changes, and financial expenditures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing commercial and multifamily construction projects, particularly ground-up.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
