We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Tester with experience in testing CRM, ERP, and web-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test cases, executing test cycles, and supporting test automation efforts for cloud-based platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end testing, system integrations, and hands-on experience with manual and automated testing practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution:
Analyze business and technical requirements to design, develop, and execute test cases for web, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and system testing across multiple environments.
Validate data integration across enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test results.
Support test lead in defining test coverage and traceability to business requirements.

Defect Management & Collaboration:
Log, track, and validate defects in test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Work closely with developers, analysts, and product teams to ensure issues are clearly documented and resolved.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and defect triage meetings as part of agile delivery teams.
Validate bug fixes and enhancements in ongoing development sprints.

Cross-Platform Testing & Compliance:
Perform cross-browser and mobile testing using virtual or physical devices.
Ensure applications meet accessibility and compliance standards (e.g., ADA testing).
Support data warehouse and ETL testing, validating source-to-target mappings.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize test coverage and improve test processes.
Contribute to QA best practices, test efficiency, and continuous learning within the QA team.
Stay updated with industry testing trends and apply modern approaches in real-world test scenarios.

Automation & Tools Support:
Support development and maintenance of automated test scripts for UI and API testing using modern automation tools.
Participate in automation efforts using Selenium-based tools, page object model design, or equivalent frameworks.
Assist in identifying test candidates for automation to improve test efficiency and repeatability.

General QA Skills:
Strong skills in manual testing, defect tracking, and scenario design.
Basic exposure to automation frameworks and scripting best practices.
Understanding of agile methodologies and QA lifecycle.
Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management abilities.
Expertise in QA governance, test strategy alignment, and compliance adherence.
Deep understanding of agile development and enterprise-level testing.

Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000 a year
