Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Pension Plan

Employee Stock Ownership Program: Receive an additional 12% of your base salary

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Application Developer with manufacturing experience to join our team. This is a hybrid role where you will play a key role in developing and implementing SPC software solutions for quality testing within a manufacturing setting. You will work closely with plant quality teams to ensure our software systems meet business requirements and continually evolve for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) software solutions to support quality testing initiatives.
  • Drive application development within a manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth integration with current systems.
  • Conduct gap analysis of current software systems to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with plant quality teams to ensure software solutions are aligned with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Deploy, support, and enhance software solutions throughout their lifecycle.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in application development within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with SPC software or similar tools for quality testing and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they intersect with software solutions.
  • Ability to perform gap analysis and implement practical improvements for existing systems.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with plant quality teams and other stakeholders.
