Description:

Lab49 is seeking a Channel Partner to enhance and grow strategic alliances, driving business expansion through a strong partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage key partnerships to accelerate revenue and strengthen market presence in Capital Markets and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to drive new business opportunities.
    • Build and manage relationships with key clients, technology vendors, system integrators.
    • Identify and engage potential partners, aligning their capabilities with Lab49's offerings.
    • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
    • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize commercial success.
    • Track, measure, and optimize partner performance to ensure revenue growth and value creation.


Key Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or business development in technology consulting or financial services.
    • Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth.
    • Strong network in Capital Markets and FinTech is a plus.
    • Experience in negotiating contracts, developing GTM strategies, and driving joint sales initiatives.
    • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.


The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. However, the above base salary range may vary depending on the individual's job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
