Responsibilities

The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.

We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical and communication skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others. The person will be responsible for working with agencies with a strong focus on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with indie agencies and clients to enhance their measurement capabilities and performance on TikTok.
- Educate agencies through presentations, consultations, and data-backed case studies on best practices and TikTok measurement solutions.
- Align with cross-functional teams on go to market strategies and ensure cohesive agency measurement activations.
- Lead execution of 1P Measurement solutions (Attribution Analytics, PPS, Split Testing, CLS, MMM) and drive adoption through Test & Learn plans.
- Manage agency feedback to inform product improvements and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with 3P measurement providers to streamline onboarding, implementation, and insights interpretation.
- Support strategic consulting and analytics projects to prove TikTok's effectiveness and elevate agency measurement maturity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organisations, or measurement suppliers.
- Familiarity with media mix modeling, incrementality testing, attribution, and auction fundamentals.
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task-management skills is a must.
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems.
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- A background in performance measurement and running Conversion lift studies and media mix models
- Experience in running client facing events, webinars etc
- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are preferred
