Reporting to the Global Head of IB Information Services, the Global Manager, IB Information Services will be responsible for the operations of the team and will drive initiatives to ensure that the group provides exceptional research services and support to Jefferies bankers worldwide.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications. General Summary
Reporting to the Global Head of IB Information Services, the Global Manager, IB Information Services will be responsible for the operations of the team and will drive initiatives to ensure that the group provides exceptional research services and support to Jefferies bankers worldwide.
Essential Functions
- Manage and lead Information services team members based in the US, UK, and Asia (employees and outsourced staff).
- Responsible for hiring, mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and compensation recommendations and delivery.
- Manage daily operations, monitor workflow, and ensure adequate staffing at all times. Coordinate weekend support.
- Understand key stakeholder needs across Banking and monitor best practices across the industry to ensure that Jefferies Information Services team delivers best in class services.
- Help drive best practices, measure ROI, and implement programs to improve services and efficiency.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market data and subscription services and coordinate trials of new services.
- Design, develop, and deliver new hire Intern, Analyst, and Associate training. Coordinate vendor training for Information Services team and for bankers.
- Provide research to bankers globally.
- Assist with subscription renewals and ID administration.
Experience/Skills required
- 5+ years of Banking industry research experience and 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and follow through on numerous projects.
- Knowledge of MS 365 including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge of Calero/MDSL a plus.
Full Time Salary Range of $100,000-$150,000.
