A leading chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Process Engineer to join the team and act as a leader for process engineering and project implementation at the site!

Responsibilities include:

• Manages capital projects directly with the process engineering and project management teams
• Supervises process design projects, ensuring all manufacturing processes operate efficiently and safely.
• Creates innovative solutions and implements systems to enhance efficiency and optimize all stages of service or production processes, from design to manufacturing.
• Designs cost-effective processes and equipment for product or service development and commercialization, staying within project budgets.
• Suggests improvements or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other process aspects to boost efficiency and resource utilization, including labor, energy, and raw materials.
• Enhances process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Gathers production data and uses scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes.
• Identifies bottlenecks in processes and develops solutions to address them.
• Leads or participates in incident investigations, providing advice on corrective actions.

Ideal skill-set:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related
• 3+ years of process engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
