Your Challenge
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as their main point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and challenges to provide strategic insights.
- Ensure seamless coordination across multiple client functions, addressing concerns promptly.
- Track and manage deliverables to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Maximize media investment, ensuring Seedtag is a key partner in core media plans.
- Meet revenue targets, monitor account health, and optimize profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell underutilized solutions.
- Deliver performance reports with key insights tailored to client needs.
- Develop holdco strategies and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Support VP in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Serve as the go-to industry expert within Seedtag.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in media, advertising, or tech industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in revenue tracking, margin analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
- Commercial expertise, including upselling strategies and optimizing media investments.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends and the digital advertising landscape to drive innovation.
