We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning of technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and program management, with experience preparing project data for higher-level analysis by extrapolating key insights for executive decision-making. This individual must be comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership and various departments. Maintaining strong relationships, proactive communication, and supporting daily operations aligning with the team's goals and objectives are critical to the success of the role.

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with the assigned stakeholder, supporting a functional area while still collaborating as a high-performing team.
- Own end-to-end coordination of the program and close-the-loop processes.
- Ensure the program is well-coordinated and is aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical concepts, processes, and data sources.
- Identify and remove roadblocks hindering effective delivery.
- Draft content for presentations and communications, including readouts to leadership.
- Define requirements to build automated solutions via Microsoft Power Platform.
- Influence and work with extended teams inside and outside of the client's organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update tools and systems with required quality-level detail.
- Collect and share feedback with stakeholders to ensure program success.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform
- Expertise in planning and designing quality assurance processes
- Proven experience developing project plans and work back schedules
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to think strategically, manage execution, and develop strong business relationships across teams
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment
