Description:
Collaborate with the engineering team to determine effective test strategies for new and existing functionality in an agile environment. Design, develop and document test scripts for UI, web services and functional testing of applications. Analyze and report bugs, and work with software engineers to resolve them. Work with the quality engineering team to maintain and improve automated regression suites and promote a culture of testing through automation. May telecommute up to 40%.

Minimum Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering [any], or related field and no experience.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering [any], or related field and [3] three years of experience in the job offered or in a Quality Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires demonstrable experience with the following:
Understanding of software quality principles and processes; Familiarity with analyzing functional requirements and creating test plans for application architecture; Familiarity with build solutions such as Maven (Java), and npm (JavaScript); Automated GUI testing experience with tools such as Selenium or Cypress; Proficient in functional testing and automation of RESTful APIS; Familiarity with source code management tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or similar; Analyzing, isolating and solving problems; and Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
Experience may be gained during graduate program. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
