The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Procurement Manager with exceptional acquisition acumen to support our Program Management Team meeting customer procurements across multiple dynamic projects. As the selected candidate, you will support the Program Management Office to manage and organize procurement activities across projects and portfolios of smaller projects to ensure successful completion. You will manage and lead a team of Buyers, liaison with vendors and cross coordinate customer requirements with CACI's Corporate Procurement Team and other stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to lead Purchasing/Procurement activities across a large, dynamic organization.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor procurement and vendor invoicing activities to facilitate a variety of complex/technical supplies and services
- Serve as Liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, purchasing managers and other stakeholders
- Monitor procurement performance Service Level Agreements and assist with financial tracking for multiple procurement activities to meet Customer requirements
- Support the Program Manager and Operational teams with the tracking and execution of customer funding to meet mission system and facility requirements
- Develop and execute procurement plans to meet customer requirements
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and practices; revise existing procedures and practices as required to meet program purchasing requirements
- Ensures compliance with company procurement policies and procedures and other practices
- Oversee development of Purchasing Packages with appropriate requests for proposals or quotes
- Conduct Supply Chain Risk Management activities
- Conduct Market Research and Pricing Analysis to ensure competitiveness
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Procurement Management, Business Administration, or related field from accredited college or university with 10 years of experience or: Equivalent training (Military/Civilian) with an additional 4 years of Experience
- Knowledge of the military operational structure, organization and functions.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR acquisition and procurement requirements
- Understanding of DoD contract cost and pricing principles
- Adept with various computer programs (i.e. Power Point, Excel, Word, and Project
- Leadership and decision-making skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- US Citizen and an active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Desired:
- Certified Purchasing Profession (CPP) or similar Purchasing Certification
