JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to drive Integration and Ecosystem Strategy within our benefits administration business. This role will focus on optimizing adoption, activation and engagement with key partners to expand our platform's reach and impact. Reporting to the Senior Director Product Strategy you will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen integrations, foster partnerships, and enhance client engagement across the benefits ecosystem.

Reporting to the Senior Director Product Strategy you will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen integrations, foster partnerships, and enhance client engagement across the benefits ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Integration & Ecosystem Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with third-party solutions, data sources, and technology platforms.
- Identify opportunities to expand ecosystem capabilities, aligning integrations with market needs and client demand.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to optimize integration workflows and ensure best-in-class user experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting benefits technology integrations.
Adoption & Activation
- Design and implement adoption and activation strategies to drive utilization of integrated solutions.
- Define success metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement and adoption across employer groups.
- Leverage data and behavioral insights to refine strategies that increase platform stickiness and value realization.
- Partner with Marketing and Client Success teams to develop educational content and communication strategies that enhance activation.
Partnership & Vendor Management
- Identify, source, and manage strategic technology and service partnerships that enhance benefits administration offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to expand the ecosystem of integrations.
- Ensure partner solutions align with the company's engagement, activation, and benefits navigation strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate build vs. buy opportunities and develop scalable integration models.
Engagement & Account Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Client Success teams to align on client needs and solution offerings.
- Develop frameworks to enhance client engagement by integrating personalized, data-driven insights into their benefits experience.
- Support Account Management teams with integration strategies that improve customer retention and long-term value.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine integration and engagement strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong understanding of benefits technology, digital engagement, and integration frameworks (APIs, data interoperability, third-party platforms, etc.).
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in defining and tracking KPIs for adoption, engagement, and partnership success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong external relationships.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7+ years of experience in portfolio management, ecosystem strategy, or integrations-focused product roles within benefits administration, healthtech, or HR technology.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships, vendor sourcing, and third-party collaborations.
- Proven track record in driving adoption, activation, and user engagement through integrated solutions.
- Passion for improving employee benefits experiences through technology, integration, and ecosystem expansion.
