Role Overview:

The Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences that drive performance and enhance customer interactions. This role works closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and leadership to bring training content to life through instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job coaching sessions. The ideal candidate is an energetic presenter with a passion for adult learning, coaching, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) for call center associates, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, compliance, and technology.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding programs and ongoing learning initiatives to enhance employee performance.
  • Adapt training delivery to different learning styles and ensure material is understood and applied effectively.
  • Provide real-time coaching, role-playing exercises, and feedback to reinforce learning.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to provide insights on learner engagement, training effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Service business leaders to ensure curriculum is maintained and up to date with current process and practices.
  • Monitor training progress, assess learning retention, and track performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and internal business changes to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.

  • Adaptability: Comfort with adjusting training approaches based on audience needs and real-time observations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles: Understanding of how adults learn and retain information effectively.
  • Strong Communication & Active Listening: Ability to simplify complex topics and foster open discussions.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Works effectively with instructional designers, SMEs, and leadership to drive learning objectives.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Quickly assesses learner needs and adjusts facilitation to maximize engagement and retention.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Communication, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, or learning & development, preferably in a call center or financial services environment.


Preferred:
  • Certifications: Training certifications (such as ATD, CPTM, or similar)
  • Other: Experience with call center operations, financial products, or compliance training


Pay Range:
$60,188-$100,313/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
